Founder & CEO
An Architect with Law degree and Master’s degrees in Construction Law and Construction Management, she is a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Principal Member in the Bureau of Indian Standards. Radhika specializes in Contracts Management and Dispute Resolution concerning landmark and large capital projects with key funding sources including the World Bank, ADB, and JICA. She advises on several aspects of Project delivery, leveraging digital tools and automation in legal practice.
Vijay Kothapalli

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and NIT Rourkela, he has over thirty years of experience designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions in domains such as market research, retail banking, strategic analytics, and planning. Vijay’s experience includes implementing solutions across industries such as Banking, Aviation,Telecom and specializes in data-driven transformation initiatives to enhance operational profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
