Radhika Nadimpalli
Founder & CEO
An Architect with a Law degree and specialist education from the pioneering Construction Management School NICMAR, India, and King’s College London in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Radhika brings extensive experience in Contracts Management and Dispute Resolution across a wide variety of global infrastructure, real estate, health & leisure, industrial, and institutional, engineering, PPP and similar projects. She is a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Her portfolio includes large capital and landmark projects including chief project funders such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Japan International Co-operation Agency. She advises on several aspects of Project delivery from Procurement, Drafting of contracts to Contract Administration, Risk Management and Resolution of disputes. Radhika worked on Dispute Resolution under various contract forms involving wide-range of parties from Government and private sectors. She also contributed to national guidelines by the Bureau of Indian Standards by drafting a model contract for BIM Implementation and specializes in the application of digital tools for Dispute Resolution.

Eugenio Zoppis

A Civil Engineer with Law Degree, Eugenio is a FIDIC Certified Adjudicator with an on-site experience of over 35 years construction and contracts management of large international projects. As a contractor, he has built large dams, tunnels and shafts, roads, bridges and buildings. Among them, he has built the world tallest RCC dam and one of the longest tunnels without intermediate adits. At present, he is project director of a construction project in Saudi Arabia, entailing dams, RC structures, tunnels, roads. Eugenio has extensive experience in disputes and project management. He has prepared claims for large construction projects, managing them up to conclusion in amicable settlement, DAB or arbitration. He has taken part to ICC international arbitration proceedings and to dispute boards (DRB, DAB), appearing as a party witness or as arbitrator (roads, dams, hydropower construction works).
K Ganesan

A Civil Engineer with post-graduate degrees from IIT Madras and Osmania University, Ganesan is a seasoned construction industry professional with over 40 years of diverse experience across India and the Middle East. He has held senior management positions with reputed organizations, and has managed large, complex projects worth several hundred million dollars from inception to completion. An expert in project planning, contracts administration, dispute resolution, and arbitration, he has represented contractors in high-value claims before Dispute Boards, Arbitral Tribunals, and ICC Tribunals, and continues to advise firms on delay analysis and claims preparation. A Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Indian Institution of Technical Arbitrators, he has also served as Past Chairman of IITArb Tamil Nadu State Centre and is a guest faculty at IIT Madras, actively mentoring engineers in contracts, planning, and dispute management.
